MEDIA CALLING NOTICE: RENEWABLEUK OFFSHORE WIND 2010 CONFERENCE AND BOAT TRIP |
You can now register for your free media pass for RenewableUK’s Offshore Wind 2010 Conference held at the Liverpool’s Arena and Convention Centre from 29 – 30 June. RenewableUK is the country’s leading renewable energy association, counting 600 corporate members, and the conference is expected to attract over 1000 visitors, as the key UK offshore wind event.

Boat Trip
A boat trip to Burbo Bank Offshore Wind Farm will take place at 14.15 on day two of the conference, Wednesday 30th June, courtesy of DONG Energy. The vessel, the Royal Daffodil, will depart from the Mersey Ferries Pier Head Terminal in Liverpool (post code: L3 1DP), a 5-10 minute walk from the conference and exhibition venue.
Guests should arrive to the café/bar within the terminal building by 14.00 and boarding will commence at 14.05. Refreshments will be provided and DONG Wind will be giving an informative talk to guests on board. The vessel will return to the terminal at approximately 17.15. |
